Jake Horowitz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Offcall, a company focused on reversing burnout among physicians by providing an accurate salary database for benchmarking compensation. Previously, they served as a fractional executive at JH Projects from 2020 to 2024 and advised Bustle Digital Group following its acquisition of Mic from 2018 to 2020. Jake co-founded Mic and worked as a journalist for Change.org in 2010-2011. They earned their degree from Stanford University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
