Benson T. has over a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. Benson began their career as the Lead Policy Coordinator for the David Chiu for Mayor campaign in 2010, where they managed a team of professionals to create the campaign platform. Benson then served as the Deputy Policy Director for multiple political campaigns, composing candidate questionnaires on a wide range of public policy topics.

In 2012, Benson transitioned to manuscript editing, working closely with an author to improve a psychology book's readability and marketability. Benson also gained experience as the Marketing Director for Nu Level Realty Inc., where they revamped the company's branding and marketing strategy, resulting in significant revenue growth.

Benson later took on the role of Executive Director for Bay Area Democrats, organizing meetings, events, and public policy discussions with prominent figures. Benson also served as the Chief Operations Officer for Leaders Forum US, contributing to the formation of a nonprofit organization that focused on leveraging the influence of Asian American & Pacific Islanders at the C-Suite level.

In 2017, Benson took on consulting roles at Optima Investment Management and Nu Level Equity, where they provided expertise in marketing, operations, and website optimization. Benson also joined the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development as a Senior Analyst in 2019.

Most recently, Benson co-founded OffChain San Francisco, a global networking community for blockchain and crypto enthusiasts. Their experience spans leadership, project management, marketing, communications, and strategic consulting.

Benson T. has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis. Benson also has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from the University of San Francisco School of Management. The start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
