Andrew Saunders has worked in the marketing industry since 2005. Andrew began their career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as an Executive in Brand Partnerships and Client Strategy, where they developed custom entertainment marketing solutions for brands and media companies such as AB InBev, Adidas, AOL, Comcast-NBCUniversal, ConAgra, Disney, Edgewell, Fiat Chrysler, Ford, General Mills, General Motors, iHeartMedia, Intel, Kodak, Levi's, Mazda, Microsoft, Nestle, Netflix, PepsiCo, Proctor & Gamble, Proximo, Univision and Visa. Andrew also developed strategic partnerships for many of CAA's top clients.

In 2014, Andrew moved to NBCUniversal Media, LLC as Vice President of Content Innovation and Creative, where they led the Creative Content team and architected the company's largest omnichannel advertising partnerships across all networks and platforms. Andrew also developed original scripted and nonfiction programming in partnership with premium creators and advertisers for distribution across Comcast-owned television, digital, OTT and international channels.

In 2017, Andrew joined Tastemade as Head of Global Brand Strategy and Marketing, where they led the Brand Strategy, Content Partnerships, Brand Design, Business Marketing and Ad Products teams across 6 markets globally. During their time at Tastemade, they oversaw the strategy, development and execution of all omnichannel marketing, media, experiential and commerce solutions for advertisers across all Tastemade channels globally. Andrew also achieved several notable team firsts, such as launching the first branded 360 cross-portfolio program and the first branded TV series.

In 2019, Andrew moved to Amazon as Global Head of Entertainment and Culture for XCM. Andrew engineered Amazon's first Entertainment and Culture practice globally, which drove the strategy, development, execution and measurement of campaigns and partnerships across all areas of entertainment and popular culture.

Andrew currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Arbitrum (Offchain Labs), creators of the leading Layer 2 Ethereum scaling solutions Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova. Andrew is responsible for leading Brand Marketing (B2C), Business Marketing (B2B/B2D), Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing (3P), Analytics + Insights, Brand Design, Brand Communications, Brand Sponsorships, and Paid Media globally.

Andrew Saunders obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development, Leadership & Effectiveness from Vanderbilt University.
