Andy Deacon is a seasoned professional in the fintech and commodities sectors, currently serving as the Head of Fintech and Partnerships at Offchain Labs. Prior to this role, Andy was the Head of Strategic Partnerships at NEO Holdings, where they drove the adoption of Watr Protocol, and held the position of Head of Commercial & Partnerships at Watr Protocol itself. Their experience also includes a significant tenure at Paxos, focusing on growth and business development within blockchain infrastructure. Andy began their career at J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in Commodities Sales and Marketing after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Adventure Tourism Management from the University of Birmingham.
