Bien Do currently serves as the Principal Recruitment Manager at Offchain Labs, focusing on scaling solutions for Ethereum, including the Arbitrum Optimistic Rollup. Prior to this role, Bien was the Head of Talent at Stardust, a company aimed at empowering game developers with blockchain technology and secure platforms. Bien also held the position of Recruiting Manager for GTM & Gaming at Skillz Inc., facilitating the growth of the first publicly-traded mobile esports platform. Earlier experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at RSM US LLP and Division Director at Robert Half, specializing in executive recruiting and permanent placements.
