Harry Ng

Harry Ng has worked in the finance and technology industries since 2015. Harry began their career at Penjing Asset Management as a Quantitative Trader and Research Analyst. In 2018, they moved to Epiphany Asset Management, where they held two positions as a Quantitative Analyst. In 2021, they joined Code4rena as a Judge & Leaderboard Warden. Most recently, they began working at Offchain Labs in 2022 as a Blockchain Engineer, where they are building a suite of scaling solutions for Ethereum.

Harry Ng has an extensive educational background. From 2006 to 2012, they attended The Chinese Foundation Secondary School, where they obtained their HKDSE in Science. Harry then attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Risk Management Science. In 2014 and 2015, they participated in an exchange study at the University of California, Davis, where they studied Statistics. In addition to their degrees, Ng has obtained several certifications, including a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III Passed from the CFA Institute in 2020, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University in 2018, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) from GARP FRM Program in 2018, a Licensed Representative Type 9 from the Securities and Futures Commission in 2016, a Problem Solving (Intermediate) Certificate from HackerRank, and a Python (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank.
