Sakshi S. currently serves as Principal Scientist in Research & Product Development at Offee, where innovative initiatives aim to transform educational assessment through proprietary technology. Concurrently, Sakshi holds a Visiting Faculty position in Psychometric Testing at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, sharing expertise with budding professionals. Previous experience includes roles as R&D Consultant and Research Coordinator at Intelion Systems, leading research teams and applying statistical techniques in psychometrics, as well as serving as People's Officer at ShoreWise Consulting, enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Earlier positions encompass therapy provision at MindPeers, fieldwork supervision for master's students at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, and internships focusing on clinical psychology and research at various institutions. Sakshi holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
