Natalie Herbert has over 10 years of work experience. Natalie started their career at Coyote Logistics in 2011 as a National Account Manager, where they focused on providing logistics solutions and generating business through sales. From 2011 to 2015, they also worked as a Recruiter, sourcing top talent for the company. Natalie then transitioned to the role of Talent Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they managed recruiting efforts and served as a career mentor for employees. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Manager of West Coast People Operations, overseeing various HR functions for the region. From 2018 to 2020, they took on the role of Director of People Operations, responsible for employee engagement, talent management, and other HR functions. Most recently, in 2022, Natalie joined Offen Petroleum as the VP of Human Resources.
