Pheap Thlang is currently a Master Data Manager at Offen Petroleum, where they build bridges for data integration across systems. Previously, Pheap served as a Sr. Master Data Analyst at Premier Nutrition and held multiple analytical roles, including Trade Analyst and Deductions Analyst, leading initiatives to improve processes and data accuracy. Before their career in data management, they founded Funky Monkey Bananas Inc. and worked as a Director/Producer, creating various media projects. Pheap's earlier experience includes roles in accounts receivables at United Healthcare Workers and Clear-Com, where they fostered team cohesion and an inclusive work culture. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cal State East Bay.
