Steve Brant

Steve Brant is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in the residential real estate sector. As the Founder and CEO of Offer1 since June 2016, Brant has focused on automating the real estate offer process to enhance efficiency and clarity for agents and consumers. Previously, Brant served as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Compass from August 2018 to April 2022, contributing to the development of a modern real estate platform. Brant also led Brant Regency Real Estate as CEO from January 2014 to August 2018, building a luxury real estate firm in affiliation with Compass. Prior experience includes CEO roles at Instaclose Real Estate and Brant Regency, as well as positions at Argent Mortgage, Olympus Mortgage, and New Century, where Brant honed sales and client relationship skills. Brant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
