Ron Dooman, CFA, MAI, serves as the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Capital Markets at Offerd since July 2025. Previously, Ron was a Director at Eyzenberg & Company, leading efforts in structuring and placing capital for commercial real estate transactions. With extensive experience in financial analysis and valuation, Ron has held key roles at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Newmark Knight Frank, Capital One, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield. Ron holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University and is a CFA Charterholder, as well as a holder of the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute.
