Tim Conway is currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Offerd, where Tim originates and negotiates multifamily buy-side opportunities in Texas metros. Prior to this role, Tim gained experience as a Property Manager at Endeavor Real Estate Group, overseeing asset and construction management for the firm's office portfolio in Austin, TX. In addition, Tim worked as an Associate at Orr Commercial Inc., where Tim handled leasing, acquisitions, and disposition opportunities for existing portfolio and new development projects in Houston, TX. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Business Foundations degree from Texas McCombs School of Business.
