Stephen Brao

Prior to joining OfferFit, Stephen was a Business Integrator and Continuous Improvement Lead in Merck’s Global Engineering team, where he led business case analyses for a portfolio of manufacturing, laboratory, and infrastructure capital projects. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with a passion for helping teams leverage data to maximize customer value. Stephen has bachelors degrees in a Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University.
