Cindy Roeschen

Cindy Roeschen is an experienced professional in asset management and residential retail sales. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Offerpad since November 2018, Cindy manages a substantial portfolio of homes in the local retail market, implementing sales strategies and evaluating market inventory. Prior experience includes a leasing role at Atlas Residential, where management was responsible for the development and construction of over 20,000 single-family units, and sales and leasing consultancy at Waypoint Homes. Earlier in the career, Cindy held a business development position at Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree from East Texas A&M University.
