Donna Corley is a passionate board member, strategic advisor, and public speaker dedicated to guiding individuals and businesses toward their goals. With nearly 30 years at Freddie Mac, Donna served in various leadership roles, including EVP and Head of Single-Family Business, where significant innovations made housing more affordable. Currently, as the founder and CEO of Guiding Star Advisory, LLC, and a board member of two publicly traded companies, Donna continues to leverage expertise in risk management and capital markets. They are committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders and share valuable insights through content and speaking engagements. Donna holds a BSBA in International Business-Finance, magna cum laude, from American University.
