Steve M. currently serves as Managing Broker at Offerpad since February 2021, following a tenure as a Real Estate Broker for Altisource from September 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, Steve operated as a self-employed Real Estate Broker from January 2018 to September 2018. Steve's experience includes a significant role at Freddie Mac as a Senior REO Quality Assurance Analyst from August 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating broker/vendor review schedules and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. From July 2010 to August 2013, Steve worked as a Consultant for Freddie Mac’s HomeSteps REO Unit, and was a Founding Partner at Texas Land Co-Partners, LLC from 2005 until August 2013. Steve began the career as a Broker at Land Advisors Organization from 1999 to 2005. Educationally, Steve attended New Mexico Military Institute and The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business.
