Steven Coker

Steven Coker is an experienced Project Manager currently at Offerpad, overseeing 150 construction projects annually and fostering relationships with over 30 contractors. Previously, as National Program Operations Director at VillaSport, Steven managed multiple national projects and led a team of over 200 staff. At the YMCA of Greater Houston, Steven served as Regional Director, enhancing revenue by 50% through strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at the City of Pearland as Program Supervisor, where Steven implemented new programs and managed safety standards, and as Director at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, managing facility upgrades and budgets. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and furthered education at San Jacinto College.
