Johan Janson has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Johan worked as a Fastighetsskötare at Swedavia AB in June and July 2016, followed by a role as a Brevbärare at PostNord Sverige from June 2016 to August 2017. From August 2017 to November 2018, Johan worked as a Distributionsansvarig at D2RAK TRANSPORT AB. Johan then joined STS Alpresor as a Reseledare from November 2018 to April 2019, where they were responsible for providing excellent service and organizing activities for guests. From May 2019 to October 2019, Johann was a Distributionsansvarig at D2RAK TRANSPORT AB, and later joined STS Alpresor again from November 2019 to April 2020 as a Service Center Manager. In 2021, they worked as a Business Developer Internship at Office Depot Sweden from April to June, and then as a Customer Success Manager at Zaplify from September 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Johan holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Offerta.se, a role they started in November 2022, where they are responsible for onboarding, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and contract renewals.
Johan Janson completed their Gymnasieexamen in Ekonomi at Elitidrottsgymnasiet Katrinelund from 2013 to 2016. Johan then pursued further education and obtained a Yrkeshögskoleexamen in B2B Försäljning from Stockholm School of Business between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, Johan Janson has obtained several certifications, including the Impact Academy - Customer Success Manager Program from Startdeliver in May 2022, and the Sälja bra eller sälja bäst certification from Peppe Ekmark in May 2021.
