Michael Calleiro

Michael Calleiro is an experienced engineering leader with a comprehensive background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager II at OfferUp since March 2022, Michael previously held senior engineering roles at American Express and Royal Caribbean International, where significant contributions to high-profile, multi-million dollar projects included serving as Technical Lead and Lead Architect. Michael's expertise encompasses JEE software development, team leadership, and the design and implementation of business-critical applications, particularly within the travel and finance industries. An alumnus of Florida International University, Michael holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
