Liba Mawala

Liba Mawala serves as a Tech Talent Advisor for OfferZen, a developer marketplace, since April 2022, focusing on connecting developers with suitable opportunities in the EU region. Prior experience includes serving as the Director at Born to be Free from September 2016 to January 2020, where efforts were centered on promoting youth development in South Africa through technology and facilitating equitable learning environments. Additionally, Liba gained experience as an intern at Injini, contributing to event planning and administrative tasks within an EdTech incubation program, and worked as a freelance photographer for the University of Cape Town RFC during February to March 2018. Liba holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town, completed from 2015 to 2020, following education at St Andrew's College in Grahamstown from 2010 to 2014.
