Lee Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and health policy. Currently serving as a Senior Officer for Access and Participation at the Office for Students since May 2019, Lee also previously held the role of TEF Policy and Development Manager, leading the development of the latest TEF method. With a background as a Quality Specialist at the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education from 2010 to 2019, Lee successfully managed peer reviewer teams and established relationships with underperforming providers to improve their services.
