Mike Matlack

Mike Matlack currently serves as a Board Member for Sustainable South Jersey and has extensive experience in various leadership roles at Office Practicum since January 2007, including founder and General Manager of NextStep Solutions, Director of Behavioral Health Account Management, Senior Strategic Account Manager, and President & CIO. As co-founder, Mike emphasizes the importance of company culture at Connexin Software, fostering a team environment focused on hard work, enjoyment, and customer dedication. Previous positions include President of Anderson Financial Systems Inc from August 1991 to January 2007, Systems Engineering Manager at NeXT Computer (1989-1991), and Software Engineer at GE Global Research (1985-1989). Mike holds a ME in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BE in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
