Ross Mitchell

Ross Mitchell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ross started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Macado's in 2000, where they handled hiring, training, and inventory management. Ross then transitioned to the role of IT Coordinator, designing databases and reports for each restaurant location. In 2003, they joined Christiansburg Cash Register Co. Inc. as a Senior Programmer, where they assessed clients' needs, designed and installed Point of Sale systems, and created custom reports using SQL.

In 2013, Mitchell joined Miles Technologies as a Senior Implementation Specialist, where they worked until 2018. Ross then served as a Senior Systems Administrator at GSI Health from 2018 to 2019, and at Medecision from 2019 to 2021. In both roles, they were responsible for system administration and support.

Since 2020, they have been working as the SaaS Operations Director at Office Practicum. With their expertise in systems administration, implementation, and operations, Mitchell has accumulated valuable experience in the technology and healthcare industries.

Ross Mitchell attended Lord Botetourt High School from 1994 to 1998 where they obtained their Diploma. Ross later enrolled at Virginia Western Community College in 1999 and completed coursework in the field of Computer Science until 2000, although they did not obtain a degree.
