Matt Helgren

Matt Helgren is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Office Timeline since June 2025, Matt previously held the same position at SalesRabbit, Inc. from October 2022 to June 2025. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at CVEX, where Matt developed a hybrid engineering team and launched a private equity trading platform, and VP of Product Engineering at HotSchedules, overseeing software engineering for key SaaS products in Labor Management and Inventory Management. Matt's career began as a Principal Engineer at Sun Microsystems, followed by a Software Architect position at Vignette. Matt holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
