Drew Reyes is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the fields of Geotechnical, Engineering, and Construction recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Office1 since December 2024, Drew previously held positions as a Senior Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter at GeoTek, where the focus was on recruiting various technical positions such as Civil Engineers and Geotechnical Drillers. Prior experience includes working at Kelly as a Scientific, Engineering and Technology Recruiter, managing the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition and working with major industries across the United States. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in General Arts & Sciences from Humber College, with ongoing education through Coursera. Skilled in building pipelines, sourcing strategies, and utilizing ATS systems, Drew is dedicated to fostering relationships with candidates to help them achieve their career goals.
