Erica Brown

Erica Brown currently serves as the Chief People Officer at OfficeSpace Software since March 2025. Prior to this role, Erica held multiple positions at Acquia from June 2017 to March 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and EMEA, as well as Senior Director of Human Resources and Benefits for the Americas and APJ Regions, and Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Director and People and Culture Manager at UBM Americas from July 2009 to October 2015, and various HR roles at UBM Medica US from July 2009 to May 2012. Erica began a career in human resources as an intern at APC in 2008. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Business and Economics from Salve Regina University.
