Jess Torres

Jess Torres serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth & Operations at OfficeSpace Software, overseeing operational excellence initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth since February 2024. Previously, as Vice President & Chief of Staff, Torres supported the CEO and executive leadership team in managing the OSS value creation plan and leading transformational projects. Prior experience includes roles at SBI, The Growth Advisory, as Director of Large B2B Transformations and Engagement Manager, where strategies were implemented to improve commercial outcomes. Torres also held various positions at WeWork, including Head of Sales Enablement and Global Go-to-Market Manager, contributing significantly to sales training and go-to-market strategies. At L.E.K. Consulting, Torres worked on multiple strategic engagements, including market assessments and valuations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Cum Laude honors from Georgetown University.
