Service Delivery Manager

Ash Uduman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and support management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and formerly as Service Desk Manager at Officeworks since August 2021, Ash is responsible for ensuring effective service-desk operations and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Prior to Officeworks, Ash held various roles, including Service Desk Team Lead at Reece Ltd and Desktop Support Specialist at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where on-site desktop support was provided to employees across multiple locations. Ash's career began at Telstra as a Service Desk Analyst and IBM as a Technical Administrator. Ash holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Deakin University and completed VCE at Mount Waverley Secondary College.
