Benjamin Kates

Benjamin Kates is a senior commercial and strategy executive with over 15 years of experience in FMCG, retail, and consulting. They currently serve as the Head of Print & Create at Officeworks, having previously led category and commercial strategy at J.R. Simplot Company across APAC. At Simplot, Benjamin was responsible for managing P&Ls, driving innovation, and securing significant customer contracts. Their earlier career at KPMG included leadership roles in strategy and transformation for prominent FMCG and retail clients globally. Benjamin holds degrees in Actuarial Studies and Commerce from The Australian National University.
