Fiona Ryan is currently the General Manager Transformation at Officeworks and has extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation. Previously, they held significant roles at McKinsey & Company, Coles, and Bupa Australia & New Zealand, where they were instrumental in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. Fiona's career also includes contributions to major organizations like Rio Tinto and Origin Energy in various consultancy and management capacities. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the same institution.
