Grace Kong is a senior commercial leader with over 10 years of experience in B2B growth, dedicated to enhancing everyday living through collaboration and high-performing teams. They have successfully led corporate start-ups in both traditional and eCommerce retail, driving sales initiatives and new product categories. Currently, Grace serves as the Senior Commercial Leader for Small Business at Officeworks and has previously held key roles at Coles, where they led export teams and executed growth strategies across multiple international markets. Grace began their career as a Strategy Business Analyst at SAGE Strategy Services and has since built a strong record in business development and customer service management. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science at the University of Melbourne.
