Knowledge Ipinge

Knowledge Ipinge is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership and intellectual property. As the Founder of the Namibian Association for Offshore Oil and Gas Service Providers since August 2023, Knowledge Ipinge plays a pivotal role in the oil and gas sector. In addition, Knowledge Ipinge has served as a member of the Technical Committee for the National Intellectual Property Policy & Strategy at the Business and Intellectual Property Authority since November 2021, contributing to the integration of intellectual property into national development. Knowledge Ipinge is also a Namibian Partner at Offlimit Communications and previously founded and served as Editor-in-Chief for the Walvis Bay Fishing School Magazine from October 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, Knowledge Ipinge held the position of Regional Councillor for the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency from January 2020 to November 2020. Academic qualifications include an Associate's degree in Globalization and Labour Policy from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in April 2023, and secondary education at De Duine Secondary School in Walvis Bay, Namibia, from 1998 to 2003.
