Katie Halimi is currently an Operating Partner at Offline Ventures, where Katie works closely with portfolio company founders and leadership teams as an advisor on talent, people, and operations. Katie also serves as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and Talent Advisor at All Raise. With previous experience as Vice President of Talent at Sapphire Ventures, Head of Talent at Sailthru, and VP of People at Brit + Co, Katie has a strong background in talent management, HR, and culture in the consumer technology, retail, and ecommerce markets. Katie holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Bucknell University.
