Joseph James

Joseph James has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career at Franklin College as a Resident Assistant from August 2007 to May 2008. Joseph then worked at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a Bookseller from November 2009 to March 2011. After that, they joined Angie's List and held multiple positions, including Member Service Representative, Quality Assurance Representative, Usability/Research Analyst, Inventory Planning Specialist, and Senior Email Marketing Specialist/Data Analyst from March 2011 to August 2017. Joseph then moved to Lev, where they worked as a Solution Architect and later became the Manager of Solution Architects from August 2017 to December 2018. Currently, Joseph is employed at Offprem Technology as an Associate Principal Solution Architect since September 2023.

Joseph James earned a Bachelor's degree in History, American Studies, and English from Franklin College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained various certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Admin in 2022, Marketing Cloud Consultant in 2018, and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in 2017.
