Tracy Lane

Tracy Lane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2007, they began their career as a Staffing Consultant at Todays Office Professionals, where they worked until 2009. Tracy then joined Robert Half International as a Senior Account Executive from 2009 to 2010. Next, Tracy worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Tracy then joined Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Senior Recruiter from 2013 to 2017. Tracy then moved on to Lev, where they held various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition from 2017 to 2022, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Tracy is working at Offprem Technology as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention.
