Jenna Towers

Jenna Towers is an experienced talent acquisition and account management professional with expertise in recruiting, selection procedures, and client relationship management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at The Offr Group since May 2022, Jenna has developed and implemented innovative hiring strategies, managed multiple client accounts effectively, and demonstrated proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment processes. Previously, Jenna held various positions including Recruiter at Talent Lister, Business Development Representative at Cradlepoint, Talent Specialist at Elevate, and Human Resources Associate at FLASH, where responsibilities ranged from scheduling interviews and creating job descriptions to developing recruitment campaigns and analyzing hiring trends. Jenna is a graduate of Keene State College.
