Vera Zaitceva

Vera Zaitceva is a lead game designer at Offroad Games, bringing over 8 years of experience in mobile game development. They previously held positions as lead game designer at uGo Games and Moon Active, where they drove projects from concept to launch while mentoring fellow designers and collaborating with stakeholders. Vera began their career as a junior community manager at Nival and later served as a lead feature designer at Space Ape Games, focusing on innovative gameplay mechanics and user engagement. They are currently pursuing a master's degree in Information Customs Technologies at the Russian Customs Academy.
