Offset Architecture Studio was formed in 2026. The partners at Offset, were previously partners at TBA periti, which, at the end of 2025 stop providing new professional services. As a result of this collective decision, Offset Architecture Studio was formed. Effectively, in-line with our name, our professional practise is an 'Offset' of TBA periti in many senses, such as Offset’s ethos, which is to ensure design solutions that incorporate structural efficiency of quality, elegance, and economy which best satisfy the project scope, while also exploring innovative solutions and materials.

Offset, provides services related to structural and civil engineering solutions, architectural design and restoration and rehabilitation of heritage buildings. In fact, Offset Architecture Studio is continuing numerous commitments of TBA periti, and expanding further. In addition, Offset, offers its services to local architectural and civil engineering practices, in the solution of specific civil and structural engineering problems.

The founding partners graduated in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Malta, and followed specialist Masters degrees, also in Malta. Each partner has their own specialist interests. Gaston Camilleri specialised in restoration of historic masonry structures and RC structures and also property valuations, David Camilleri specialises in reinforced concrete structures, as well as steel structures, while Keith Zammit Tabone specialised in seismic design of concrete and steel structures.

In addition to the partners, Offset currently employs a number of full-time professional architects and engineers. The practice is multi-disciplinary, including a healthy mix of structural engineers and design architects. Offset, like TBA periti, strives to deliver integrated architectural and civil/structural engineering proposals.
