Courtney Paddock

Courtney Paddock is a seasoned professional in production design and coordination, currently serving as a Production Designer and Coordinator at Offset since July 2021. Previously, Paddock held the position of Prepress Supervisor at Fortis Solutions Group from July 2019 to July 2021 and worked as an Account Manager at Eurostampa S.p.A. from May 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Production Artist at CF Napa Brand Design from October 2015 to April 2018, and at Creative Labels Inc from November 2008 to September 2015, where collaboration with teams and efficient production planning were key responsibilities. Paddock holds a degree in Telecommunications Multimedia and Applied Computing, Graphic Design from California State University, Monterey Bay, earned between 2002 and 2006.
