Jon Patch

Jon Patch is a seasoned professional in client experience and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Offset since January 2023. Previous roles include Support Manager at Tandem, where Jon was instrumental in launching support for an A/V app and developing communication strategies, and Customer Experience Manager at Zeus, where Jon scaled a support organization and maintained a high customer NPS while reducing costs. With experience in managing customer success at Algolia and Symphony Commerce, Jon has demonstrated expertise in advising clients and managing complex portfolios. Jon began a career in customer operations at Delectable, significantly scaling the support team and launching an e-commerce marketplace. Educationally, Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Composition from the University of Utah.
