Piers Mudd serves as the Head of Strategy at Offshore Shellfish Ltd since January 2025. Previously, Piers held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Brilliant Planet, overseeing operations in the UK and Morocco, and was a nominee for the Earthshot Prize in both 2023 and 2024. Piers was the Founding CEO and Director of Yalelo Uganda from August 2019 to July 2022, achieving significant growth in the aquaculture sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Piers co-founded NNP Capital Partners Ltd, a Caribbean-focused investment firm, and Caribbean Oilfield Services (Guyana) Inc., enhancing local logistical standards. Earlier roles included Interim Group CEO at Pomeroon Trading and Head of New Business for AOS Orwell's Africa operations, alongside experience with the British Army. Piers holds an Executive Finance degree from INSEAD and an MLitt in International Relations & Terrorism from the University of St Andrews, among other academic qualifications.
