Jordan Lapp

Jordan Lapp has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. Starting as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale, they then moved to the LEGO Group as a Brick Specialist in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Pension Specialist at Alight Solutions and a Smart Home Specialist at Best Buy. In 2018, they were a Consultation Agent at Geek Squad. In 2021, they were a Help Desk Analyst at Impact Networking, LLC and currently holds the role of IT Support Technician at OFFSITE, LLC.

Jordan Lapp studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Liberty University from 2016 to 2017. Jordan then obtained the CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification from CompTIA in August 2021 and the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in February 2022.
