Mike Glaubig has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mike began their career in 1997 as an IS/IT Technical Professional at UW-Milwaukee, where they managed help desk support, involving desktop OS, patching, and antivirus. Mike then moved to Tracer Corp in 2001, where they served as IT Manager and provided hands-on leadership to IT team members. In 2004, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Network Administrator, collaborating with up to 15 technicians on Windows Server Team to ensure outstanding server operating system performance for 900+ test and production servers. Mike then moved to WageWorks, Inc. in 2005 as a Network Engineer, spearheading facility relocation by migrating computer equipment, establishing SONET ring for new DR site, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring appropriate backup data center environment. In 2010, they joined Veolia Environmental Services North America Corp. as a Systems Engineer, where their primary responsibility was Novell NDS to Microsoft AD migration. Mike developed and enhanced some migration procedures to provide additional flexability for migration engineering staff and end users leveraging Powershell scripting in a unique and highly distributed environment. In 2011, they joined VCPI as a Team Lead, Systems Engineering. In 2016, they joined SC Johnson as a Senior Server Eng. Mike is currently employed at OFFSITE, LLC as a Senior Systems Engineer since 2018.

Mike Glaubig obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1997 and 2005. Mike also holds multiple certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (2014), MCSA: Windows Server 2008 (2014), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration (2011), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration (2011), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration (2011), MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration (2011), MCSA1: Windows Server 2003 (2004), MCSE1: Windows Server 2003 (2004), MCSE1: Windows 2000 (2004), MCDBA: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (2004), and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (2004).
