OFFSTUDIO is an integrated engineering and architecture services company with offices currently in Catania and Taormina.
Founded by two young engineers, and born with the aim of establishing itself as a reference agency for BIM in Italy. OFFSTUDIO is a group of young professionals trained in different fields of engineering and specialized in Building Information Modeling. We are aimed to train our minds daily, advancing in the world of industrial society and lobbies through the integrated design use of interconnected systems.

Specialists in the use of OpenBIM technologies, we refer to Public and Private Companies. We offer consultancy, planning, design, energy containment, green building, and everything necessary to provide data implementation within a single digital BIM file combined with Business Execution Plan intructions and  requirements. We deal with the complexity of architectural, infrastructural and structural deisgn process, but also supporting companies and individuals with renovation, restyling and restructuring projects.
The experience gained in the use of the best BIMOriented softwares allows us to actively interact with all those involved in the construction supply chain to check and coordinate the work direclty on field. By taking on the role of project coordinators, we take care of ensuring the proper development of the change-orders by maintaining a strickt correspondence between what the client requesting in the contractual documents and what is modeled  and built. In OFFSTUDIO the customers find a consultant who works alongside them, supporting and preparing adequately their Know-How for a better understanding. OFFSTUDIO is also supported by a capable team of independently providing the engineering specialized services may needed to support the BIM process.
