𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Offtake is the first Developer and Independent Power Producer focused on Regulatory Policy to advance the Public-to-Private Power Transition (P2P).

We take customers power needs private by overcoming utility-created barriers and regulatory friction.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

The majority of U.S. states allow Investor-Owned-Utilities (IOUs) to maintain monopolistic control over how their customers procure generation.

In these markets, most Commercial and Industrial Users (C&I) have the right to take their power needs private and behind-the-meter through a third-party.

Data Centers and Large Industrial Users have incremental rights to purchase power under the Federal Power Act through open access transmission in interstate commerce.

Without an effective regulatory strategy, IOUs will challenge federally protected rights through state-level proceedings, undermining customer competitiveness in global markets.

𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗨𝗽𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁:

Offtake will take 100% of your power supply needs private with no upfront cost, ownership or operations requirements.

Creating a day one arbitrage opportunity that drives investor returns through cost savings, strengthens onsite power reliability and reallocates internal capital for core business needs.
