Tomás Vélez is a Corporate Credit Officer at Oriental with over 12 years of experience in the economic and finance sectors. They served as a Senior Economist at the Office for the Regulation of the Dairy Industry from 2014 to 2018, leading a comprehensive economic study to establish pricing for fluid milk.
