Andrew Healing

Andrew Healing has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career at Shell in 2002 as a Cashier and later became a Manager, where they supervised a team of 12 Customer Service Assistants. In 2007, Andrew joined ScottishPower as a Customer Service representative, and over the years, they held multiple positions, including System Analyst, Fraud Analyst, and Senior Fraud/Data Protection Analyst. Andrew'sresponsibilities included handling complex complaints, implementing process improvements, managing data protection regulations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. In 2019, Andrew joined Ofgem as a Compliance Investigator, where they currently work.

Andrew Healing completed their education history with a focus on web page design. Andrew attended Glasgow Caledonian University in 2004 to 2005, where they studied web page, digital/multimedia, and information resources design. In the same period, they also attended James Watt College and obtained an HND in Multimedia Technology with Web Dev. Prior to that, in 2002 to 2003, Andrew completed an HNC in Multimedia Technology with Web Dev from James Watt College. Andrew'seducational journey began in 2001 at James Watt College with an NC in Multimedia Technology.
