Andrew Malley

Andrew Malley is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Distribution and Residual Charging at Ofgem since July 2014, with prior roles including Head of Electricity Network Charging and Senior Policy Manager. At Ofgem, Andrew has specialized in electricity network charging policy development and has also worked on European gas policy and electricity flexibility. Previous roles include Relationship Manager and Energy Analyst at EnergyQuote JHA, and Governance Analyst at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary University of London and specialized training in the regulation of gas markets from the European University Institute. Andrew is also engaged in CEER training on network tariffs for transmission and distribution.
