Andrew Rice

Andrew Rice is a Senior Policy Lead at Ofgem, where they focus on creative analytical problem-solving and process improvement. Previously, they served as an Enforcement Manager and Senior Manager of Retail Compliance at Ofgem from 2018 to 2022. Andrew has also held positions as a Data & Insight Manager at Street League and as a Monitoring & Evaluation Co-ordinator for a national UK charity. They earned a BA Hons in Business and Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, completing their studies in 2011. Currently, they are working as a Senior Regulation Analyst at SSEN Transmission.
