Anna Arslan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Anna most recently worked at Ofgem as a Senior Risk Assurance and Governance Manager, where they were responsible for completing internal assurance assignments, providing risk and quality advice to management, and leading divisional risk meetings. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as a Corporate Auditor AMENA region and at BRE as a BREEAM Quality Auditor. Anna also has experience at ACCA, where they worked as an Analyst/Forecasting and Modelling Accountant, and at the Strathlyde Police/Scottish Police Authority as an Internal Audit Assistant. Additionally, they worked at Evil Clothing Ltd./Innocent Clothing Ltd. as an Accounts Assistant and at Wüstenrot a.s. as an Accounting and Internal Audit Department Assistant.
Anna Arslan completed their education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Anna obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Malta in 2008-2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2007 to 2010. In 2010-2011, Anna attended the University of Strathclyde and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting and Finance.
Additionally, Anna obtained several certifications to complement their education. In 2013, they earned the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA. Anna further achieved the ACCA Professional level certification in 2015. Anna became an ACCA member in September 2017 and an ACCA fellow in October 2022. In 2016, they obtained the BREEAM 2014 New construction certification from BRE. Anna also achieved intermediate fluency in German, estimated by Duolingo, in July 2016.
